On Thursday 30 September, Year 1 students enjoyed a brilliant trip to London Zoo as part of their Science topic, animals including humans.

In Science, Year 1 are learning how to name and group animals according to animal classes. The children loved seeing all the animals the Zoo had to offer including, monkeys, giraffes, penguins, zebras and tigers to name a few.

They thoroughly enjoyed the amazing workshop about camouflage and even got to see animals camouflaging in their natural habitats.  The children were excellent ambassadors for the school and a wonderful day was had by all.
