Beech Class News
This half term, Beech Class have been learning about animals and their skeletons. We have assembled and named the bones in the human body, and learnt about endoskeletons, exoskeletons and hydrostatic skeletons in a variety in animals. The Natural History Museum even stepped in and gave us a helping hand when we got a little confused about snail skeletons.
Autumn Term 2018
Beech class have been learning about the Stone Age. We have learnt about the different time periods and all about how life changed during this time. We particularly enjoyed an exciting Stone Age day out at Waltham Abbey, where we took part in a range of activities, including creating our own cave paintings by candlelight. It was great fun!
