On Tuesday 28 September, Year 3 went on an exciting trip to the Stone Age Experience in Waltham Abbey.

Our topic this term is the Stone Age and during our trip we learnt about the evolution of technology and human life through a human timeline. We then looked at wonderful artefacts from the time, investigating life during the era through art and archaeology.

We then learnt the useful skill of how to make fire with a flint, which not only gave us a brilliant new skill but also showed us that by being resilient, we can achieve anything.
