As you will now know, we had the Prime Minister and the local MP Mike Freer visit the school. We should all be proud that Wren Finchley was chosen for this visit, we are proud of our excellent reputation which meant we were chosen by the Department of Education. The teachers do an exemplary job here at Wren and I am so grateful for all of their hard work.

The Prime Minister met Harry B, Year 6 Oak Class and Beau D-B Year 6 Oak Class who are our prefects and they did a fantastic job! He then went to Year 1 and helped them with a Maths lesson and the children did brilliantly! The Prime Minister was also filmed making a video clip with the children asking him questions such as ‘What does he want for Christmas?’ ‘What does he do?’ and ‘Does he have any pets?’ I recommend you have a watch if you have not done so already, as the children were absolutely fantastic and really funny!

He then visited a Year 10 Art lesson which was very impressive before he left.
